Hello Folks,

20th December looks to be a raucous affair back at the club after racing.
To help alleviate BBQ wait time, and to bring festive cheer,  we will include a couple of extra meal offerings on the night.
Along with the usual BBQ fare, Ray will have baked ham and turkey carved and plated, ready to add your salad – enough for approximately 45 guests, $30 per serve.
Also, salmon fillet en papillote – individually wrapped in foil/paper to steam on the BBQ (stays in its packaging- no meat/BBQ grease needed) with Italian lemon/fennel & dill butter. About 15 serves. $30 per serve.
Also vegetarian lasagne at the ready, warm in the oven.- about 8 serves. $20 per serve.
These special meals will be on a fist in best dressed basis
